Shipping policy
Each individual garment is made to order. Once we have completed your individual garment, we will be using DHL services to carefully ship all of our packages. Estimated delivery times for each product can be found in their respective descriptions, and our team will provide shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers’ locations and optimal estimated arrival times.
Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team, and allow up to 5 business days after the start of the delivery schedule to receive a shipping confirmation.
*Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global shipping routes, please be advised that shipping times may be significantly delayed. Please raise any issues related to delayed shipping times with the relevant carrier as stated above. We are not able to provide refunds on any shipping-related costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
